A simple and natural 4-ingredient drink using pink Himalayan salt to support hydration, digestion, and potential weight loss when consumed in the morning.
Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Instructions
1. Warm your filtered water slightly (not boiling).
2. Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir to dissolve.
3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and pour in the apple cider vinegar.
4. Stir the mixture until fully blended.
5. Drink immediately on an empty stomach before breakfast.
6. Optional: Add ½ teaspoon raw honey for taste.
