Ingredients
8–12 oz (240–350 ml) warm filtered water
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine-ground)
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
½–1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
A tiny pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water to a drinkable (not hot) temperature.
2. Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice if desired and stir.
4. Mix in honey and cayenne pepper if using.
5. Sip slowly over 2–3 minutes on an empty stomach before breakfast.
