This cortisol cocktail for weight loss is a 4-ingredient morning drink designed to support adrenal balance, reduce cravings, and help your body burn fat naturally.


Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt

1/4 teaspoon Cream of tartar

1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice (or lemon water)

200mg magnesium powder

Optional: pinch of baking soda


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a small glass.

2. Stir well until fully dissolved.

3. Drink slowly within the first hour of waking.
